Poor and meritorious students through applications can get scholarships and stipends as per the rules framed by the Government from time to time. The application must be complete in all respects. The various types of such benefits are given below.
A. FREE STUDENTSHIP/ STIPENDS (Documents to be produced)
- The income certificate of the parent/guardian issued by the local Tahasildar
- A certificate of regular attendance and of good conduct from a teacher of the college,
- An attested copy the mark sheet of the last examination
- The Vice Presidents of S.S.G,/DSA may recommend names of students’ applicants after notification
B. Other Scholarship/Stipend
- Post Metric Scholarship for SC/ST/OBC students (on line)
- Scholarship/Stipend to the SC/ST/OBC/PH/Minority and Financially Backward students.
The college sponsors travel concessions to students for distant journey in whatever mode as per government provisions on an application by the student indicating the distance, purpose with the authenticated documents. Application for concession need be supported by a deposit of Rs5/- only. The application has to bear the consent of the parent/guardian
The college Magazine Kasturi is an annual publication with the purpose to provide an outlet for expression of the creative academic faculties of the students and staff. Usually the magazine shall be distributed among the students during the second week of August each session. Fee for the magazine is as mentioned in the prospectus. Students have to furnish a declaration that the article presented is not copied from any other published article by any other writer earlier. The articles will be edited by a Board of Editors headed by a Chief Editor nominated by the Principal .
